A Crunch In The Night

I know that the thought of having that delicious midnight snack might be something of complete wonder and fulfillment, but seriously consider your options. All that late night snacking is in fact an eating disorder or its own. The urges you get while your asleep, the urges you get while you’re awake; they are all signs of something that is potentially serious.
