When Caitlin Boyle of Orlando wrote that message on the little yellow sticky note in June 2009, she had only one goal: to encourage women in her tiny corner of the world to feel better about themselves. Later that day, the 25-year-old urban planner, posted a picture of her note on her weblog - healthytippingpoint.com - and challenged her readers to do something similar, and tell her about it. Within days, she had more than 130 photographs and followers. "The response was just insane," said Boyle, who's been blogging for about a year.
