Wanna Dance?

If you haven't seen Snowball the dancing cockatoo, you need to.

I'm serious. Go right now. I'll wait.

Snowball is a medium sulphur crested Eleanora cockatoo and he loves to dance and sing. Says his owners, a bird rescue sanctuary, he loves the Back Street Boys. "No one taught Snowball to dance...he just heard this song and suddenly felt like dancing. We're all jealous because he can outdance each one of us...nobody likes a show off! When he's really in the mood, he dances and sings. And at the end of the performance he takes a bow or two or twenty!!"

Dance therapy is a special form of therapy that has been researched for decades and found to be useful for people with chronic illnesses (such as anorexia and bulimia, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, cystic fibrosis, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, AIDS, and arthritis).

But even without special therapy, maybe dancing to some music you love would make you feel better today. Why not give it a try?
