Forgetfulness and Eating Disorders

Forgetfulness: Anorexia (more specifically the malnutrition that results from it) can affect the primary organ of the body, the brain and the central nervous system. It can slow down your thinking. It can keep you from talking coherently. It can make you forgetful and delirious. A frequent assumption is that these manifestations are largely psychological, but anorexics and bulimics have deficiencies in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fats that are essential to correct thing. Proper nutrition will correct this condition so it does not result in permanent brain damage.
