You can eat more dense foods,
You can eat more dense foods, which are less bulky, but more dense in terms of nutrients and calories. Stay away from bulky fruits and vegetables, and focus on some liquid calories, nuts, peanut butter, etc. You can also add calories by using butter salad dressings, etc. which do not add bulk into your diet. Also, some foods will cause more bloating naturally, so document what those are for you, and don't eat them during this time. Liquid supplements in addition to solid food is a good way to get added calories also. Take care!!
