I have had anorexia for about 19 years.I am 5'15 and have being very low weight. I was very skinny naturally and am Indian so very low bone mass. Concerned about consequences for having for so many years

i have had been having chest pain bloatiness and naausea more often. I have becoming more depressed and have low energy as well. Concerned!!

Have you ever sought help? I think you should definitely see a doctor about the medical issues you are having. It is also very important for you to get help as soon as possible in order to recover from your eating disorder. You have every reason to be concerned about possible consequences. Anorexia has the highest death rate of any mental illness. This site has a section where you can look for treatment in your area. Please seek help now. Take care.

IT IS VERY SCARY. Most days i feel this has gone so far and it is difficult to treat it now. I dont know any other form of living plus the health concerned. If this makes sense.
