nieve...you say you 'came
nieve...you say you 'came through' your anorexia two weeks ago...what does that mean? Were you in treatment? It's not uncommon for people who have had anorexia to find it difficult to satisfy their appetite. This is understandable, given that their bodies have been starved for so long. It may even be that your weight is still a bit low for where you need to be, so your body is screaming for food. Are you still seeing a therapist for follow-up help? If you are not, you should call the people who were helping you in your recovery, and tell them how you are feeling, and what is happening. Also, you could try writing down a food plan for each day, which contains an adequate amount of calories and fat to satisy your body, and follow it, not depending on what you percieve as 'hunger', when it may not be. Please call someone you can trust to talk to about this. I hope this helps....
