Do you think you could try to offer comments when they talk this way that is affirming in a way that doesn't involve anything pertaining to weight or food, etc.? Sort of like contradicting, but in a nice and positive way, their 'diet' view of things. You can actually 'model' for them a healthier way of looking at things. If they continue, and you think this will 'trigger' you too much, the bottom line is YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF first and foremost. You are only responsible for yourself.
