Hello. Thank you for writing.
Hello. Thank you for writing. Body image problems are very common at your age and older, but that doesn't mean it is easy. You offer little information, but if you know that your eating patterns have changed recently as a result of your body image issues, or you are engaging in other behaviors that you feel are related to this stress, you could benefit from talking to a counselor or therapist about it. Only you know if your eating is being affected, or how you are feeling about this. I suggest that you talk to a school counselor or another trusted adult, and tell them about your concerns. It's good that you are thinking about how to take care of yourself. Take care!
