Hi...thank you for writing.
Hi...thank you for writing. There is a condition called 'sensory integration dysfunction', but I can't say if this is your problem. Please see a doctor about this! You could also benefit from seeking help from a professional for the eating disorder thoughts and symptoms. I wish you well...please seek help!...Jan

Thank you for the quick
Thank you for the quick response. I can't find much about this topic. Kind of scared to go to my doctor about this problem. Seems like everytime I try to talk to a doctor about my weight they seem to dismiss me thinking other women would kill for my problem. They quickly address the depression and want to put me on anti-depressants. I was onl them for almost 15 years and they never worked. What would be a good way to bring this up to a doctor?
ape86...you could begin with
ape86...you could begin with something like, "I have had a problem with something for a very long time, and it is beginnning to impact my life and worry me. I have been very upset and stressed about a lot of things, and it seems to make this problem worse. I need some help." If your doctor does not pay attention or he/she dismisses the problem, see someone else. Please do what you need to do for yourself. You deserve it!! Take care..Jan
