I have been having thought's that I am anorexic but then that I'm not. I have cut down my eatting by a little and then I only eat what I think is healthy. I'm also afraid to tell someone about these thoughts. Should I be worried about anything?

Hi....thank you for writing. If these thoughts are affecting your eating, and you can see that your life is being affected, certainly see a doctor or therapist about this. You may not be heading towards developing an eating disorder, but you clearly could be, and this is the best time to gain a better understanding of what is going on. Take care!
