I have had loss of appetite
I have had loss of appetite for several years now. The doctor believes it is a thyroid problem. I have trouble everyday trying to eat. Kelp is good for thyroid issues, would it hurt me if I started taking it now?
Mizz...I would not take
Mizz...I would not take anything until you determine with your doctor what the real problem is. What is his/her suggestion? If your thyroid is not manufacturing the proper amount of hormone, kelp will not replace or normalize that. It might not hurt you, but I doubt that it would help.
Please ask your doctor for his/her medical opinion.
