You have to be careful with

You have to be careful with such a low calorie intake as you want to make sure you are getting enough nutrition in your diet which is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. What a lot of people do is they think they can just have one meal, low calories and lose weight. Remember, your body will start to counteract this and decrease your metabolism. The best way to stay healthy is to have 4 to 5 small meals throughout the day that are filled with protein and healthy vegetables.

I agree with 'flowers', that

I agree with 'flowers', that the low amount of calories that you mentioned will only lead to further problems, and possible a full-blown eating disorder, if you don't already have one. At that low of an intake, you will only lose more muscle mass, and take the chance of also damaging your organs. Please take care.

Obesity is not caused by

Obesity is not caused by 'bad' food. It is much more complex than that, and by labeling foods as 'good' or 'bad', you can actually cause increased problems with eating disorders. Much of obesity is genetic, and even more is due to chronic dieting. Check out the factual literature!

Eating disorders should be

Eating disorders should be avoided by all means. Here are some tips on how to do this:

-Learn all you can about anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. Genuine
awareness will help you avoid judgmental or mistaken attitudes about food, weight, body
shape, and eating disorders.
-Discourage the idea that a particular diet, weight, or body size will automatically lead to
happiness and fulfillment.
-Choose to challenge the false belief that thinness and weight loss are great, while body fat and
weight gain are horrible or indicate laziness, worthlessness, or immorality.
-Avoid categorizing foods as “good/safe” vs. “bad/dangerous.” Remember, we all need to eat a
balanced variety of foods.
-If you think someone has an eating disorder, express your concerns in a forthright, caring
manner. Gently but firmly encourage the person to seek trained professional help.

Hope I was able to contribute.
