I m 25 yrs old. My weight is 76 Kg. and my height is 5'5''. I take one parantha with milk as a breakfast. In lunch, I took four chapatis with dal/vegetables and took two chapati with vegetable as dinner. In whole day I took 3-4 coffee.Please suggest diet.
