A mnth ago I was in treatment for anorexia. Im doing overall ok with the food, but feel compelled to briskly walk atleast 1hr/day. Often more. What is a healthy amt of walking for someone whos 20lbs under wght?

It sounds as though you are trying to 'burn off' the calories that you are eating. This obsession is common for someone with an eating disorder. For you, being underweight (are you relapsing?), any exercise or walking is detrimental to your recovery. Are you still seeing a therapist? It would be a wise thing to consult with your current or past therapist about this issue. This could be something that will take you into a full blown relapse. Please don't let that happen! Take care.
