I don't know what kind of resources there are in your area. But please see a doctor to make sure that you are not in danger of a heart attack or worse b/c of the possible electrolyte imbalances associated with purging. Your doctor may also know if there are any therapists in your area who could help you with this. Is treatment in the US an option for you?
