I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders and co-occurring problems such as Depression, Anxiety and Life Transitions. I work with Adults, Adolescents, and Families. I utilize effective, solutions-oriented therapy, working interactively to achieve long-term results in the shortest time possible. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the most scientifically proven method of treating eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. As a CBT Certified Specialist, I am able to incorporate various interventions and therapeutic modalities along with CBT, and adapt them specifically for the client’s treatment needs.
I hold a Masters Degrees in both Psychology (Temple University) and in Social Work (Bryn Mawr College). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specialist.
