According to the National Institutes of Mental Health (NIMH), Binge Eating Disorder (BED) will affect up to 2.8% of the U.S. population over their lifetime. And, according to the Binge Eating Disorder Association (BEDA), on average, up to 3.5% of American women and 2% of American men are affected.
